23rd July 2004 ToM competition changes deadlines

Because of private reasons I won't be able to check racefiles for the next week. Thus I thought it would be better to give you this time to race. Also the time of the last day was changed to give the GR racers from America a better possibility to take part. Now deadlines will generally end at 5:00 GMT (1:00 EST).
This means the deadline for Nov8 and Arente but also for Nazareth and Assen is August 1st: 5:00 GMT.
